First pile for new construction driven
5 February 2025Yesterday afternoon, January 30, 2025, the first pile was finally driven for the new construction at the mill ‘De Hoop’. With this new construction, we hope to be able to offer our mill guests an even more pleasant stay. In addition to a larger reception area, where you can also enjoy a cup of coffee indoors when the weather is less pleasant, a new toilet building is also being built for our camper guests. If everything goes according to plan, construction will be completed by the end of April. After this, the furnishing can begin and we hope to be able to open everything at the beginning of June.
During construction, it is still possible to stay on the site with campers. The south side of the site is completely free of construction work. Although it is of course true that there may be some noise pollution. We also hope that the remaining places will soon be supplied with electricity. Then 24 campers can enjoy this unique environment.
